A place for growth, under the rainbow
Rainbow Child Care, Too! is an independently owned and operated, day care center providing quality childcare for the community. As a member of our family, you have joined a group of professionals dedicated to providing a daily atmosphere supporting a safe environment and a positive experience for both child and parent as they make their transition from home to school.
As a new family, the opportunities offered to you will provide immense personal satisfaction. Our people enjoy their work. The entire staff focuses as a team to ensure a comfortable and caring atmosphere within the center.
Our philosophy is geared to winners and achievers. Mediocrity does not fit our profile. Just as we strive to encourage each child to be the best person he can be and to respect his or herself, we also expect this from every member of our team.
We created Rainbow Child Care, Too! so parents could have affordable, quality care for their children without having to worry and stress that someone is taking care of them like they were their own child.
Rainbow Child Care, Too! was established in the fall of 2004 under the guidance of Dan and Tamara Marinescu. Together they have a total of 23 years of experience working with children 6 weeks up to 12 years old.
The idea for RCCT was created late one frigid January night on a walk with our dog Kobe. We were having one of those infamous conversations of “Where do we see ourselves 10 years from now?” and the direction our lives were currently headed was not one we liked. So that late January night, Rainbow Child Care, Too! was born.
Between the two of us we had the means to establish a very successful business, and we did. With our hard work and determination, we created Rainbow on the ideals that we wanted to have a place where anyone was welcome. We wanted parents to have the relief that they had a place for their children to go and be loved and cared for just like they would as their parents.
